Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect my time and other clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
* Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
* No-shows will also forfeit their deposit.
* I understand that life happens. If you are experiencing illness, severe weather, or unexpected traffic or emergencies, please reach out as soon as possible. Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment at my discretion.
